HR Due Diligence

We offer a specialised HR due diligence service, with the aim to identify during our investigation if any possible financial risks to our client exist, in the value of their investment arising from the Human Resources Department’s policies, practices, Labour relations, financial, statutory and general obligations.

The Due diligence will be conducted by Marilise van der Berg as Human Resource and Labour Law Specialist in collaboration with our associates specializing in Tax and Corporate Advice, with years of Management Accounting and Merger & Acquisition experience.
